Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the sale of products listed on Hopkicks.pk.

Acceptance of Orders

Hopkicks reserves the right to accept or cancel orders in cases of stock discrepancies, unverified addresses, or pricing errors. Delivery dates are estimates; we use reliable couriers (TCS, Trax) to deliver within 1-2 business days across Pakistan.

Warranty & Authenticity Disclaimer

All items sold are inspected before dispatch. If an analysis or material grade is stated on the product page, it reflects our verified factory batch standards (e.g. Master Batch, Hop Batch).

Limitation of Liability

Hopkicks' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product under the invoice.
